Deposit & Refund

All deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of inclement weather for outdoor setups.
Inclement weather is defined as a complete washout of the day. We do not consider pop-up showers or isolated thunderstorms as a reason for cancellation or refund, as rentals can still be used before or after such events.
No refunds will be provided for any other reason, especially if the rental is delivered prior to the event date.
Once we have delivered your rentals and collected the rental and setup fees, no weather-related refunds will be issued.
In certain situations, we may offer a rain check to be used later in the season. Please contact our office to discuss this option.

Setup Information

Setup timing will be arranged at the time of your reservation.
For outdoors - we prefer to set up on level, grass-covered areas. However, setups can be done on asphalt or concrete if necessary.
For outdoors - the setup area should be:
- Free of debris, roots, glass, sharp objects, and animal droppings.
- Inspected by our staff before setup to ensure safety. Our staff has final say on whether the chosen area is safe for installation.

Requirements For Power

Each rental unit requires:
- A 20 Amp standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup area.
- If no outdoor outlet is available, we can run a extension cord through a window.
- Portable generators can be provided when power is unavailable (additional fees apply).

Breakdown & Pickup

We will return to your event site at the end of the rental period to safely break down and retrieve all equipment.
The unit will be inspected, deflated, bundled, and loaded back onto our truck by our team.
Please do not attempt to fold, pack, or bundle the unit yourself.
If you need to vacate the location by a specific time, please inform us in advance so we can plan delivery and pickup accordingly.

Precautions For High Winds

For safety reasons, if wind speed reach or exceed 20MPH, immediately ensure all participants exit the simulator enclosure.
Do not resume until wind conditions have safely improved.
